4.Article Title: maximum of 150 characters and Minimum of 2 words. (Recommended up to 80 chars for search engines better indexing your articles). Do not use only capital letters!

5.Article Body: minimum of 250 words and a maximum length of 12,000 characters.

6.Author information: may include up to 3 self serving links only. (all anchor text links have the 'nofollow' tag)

7.Article Summary: Every article must have an article summary (Up to 500 characters). The purpose of the article summary is to give an abstract or summary of the benefits that your article delivers. We do not allow any HTML in the summary or author information. Article summaries fall under the "meta" tag in the article editor.

8.Article Keywords: Please select up to 20 high relevant keywords separated by a comma, non relevant keywords will be removed.

9.If you submit a photo with your article, we reserve the right to remove it if your article is published. All photos must match the site's theme.
